At Epson LabelWorks, we stand behind the precision and reliability of our labeling solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware or unopened supplies within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused printer or accessories in their original packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and starter tapes to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned electronics, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
